Alex Parr Lat length/flexibility test as part of our TPI screen. Low back has to stay flat against the wall and arms have to stay straight. Looking at the angle of the arms with the wall. We look at 1) can they touch the wall, 2) can they get past their nose but not touch the wall, 3) can't get past their nose. Great screen for Golf, Baseball, Softball, Tennis, Volleyball, Lacrosse
